Michelle represents small- to medium-size employers in a variety of industries. She assists employers with the following: • Responding to EEOC and TWC Charges • Drafting and revising employee handbooks and policies • Advice and counseling to avoid employment law liability • Drafting employment agreements and severance agreements • Conducting investigations into sexual harassment and discrimination or hostile work environment based on gender, age, race, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, and other protected categories • Handling Department of Labor Investigations • Drafting and enforcing non-competition, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements • Enforcing trade secret laws • Litigating and arbitrating employment law cases
